Compile your finances
Advinans helps you get a good grasp on your finances by allowing you to gather everything in one place; savings, pension, loans and insurance. With this summary you can look at all of your finances in peace and quiet via the service " Finances".   You provide an information power of attorney for the compilation of pension insurance and, as a complement, to connect your bank through a direct connection via BankID.   Advinans continuously updates the information from insurance companies via the information power of attorney. You need to actively update a direct connection via BankID. If any information is missing (savings accounts, pension and insurance) you can easily add this information manually.   To use the service you need to be over 18 years old and have access to BankID and you also need to sign an agreement that allows us to compile the information from your banks and insurance companies.  The service is free of charge. There is also no requirement that you should purchase additional services. If you would like to terminate the service, please contact us. Advinans will then erase all customer data (there may, however, be some data that we under laws and regulations are required to store).
Connect your bank
Via Advinans, you have the opportunity to connect your bank accounts and accounts with the Swedish Pension Agency.  Follow these steps to connect your accounts: Log in to advinans.se. Go to "Your finances" and "Add information".  Choose the company you want to collect data from. Sign with BankID. Advinans can collect information from Länsförsäkringar, Nordea, SEB, Handelsbanken, Skandia and Swedbank. To update the information, you need to actively start the data collection again.    To use the service you need to be over 18 years old and have access to BankID and you also need to sign an agreement that allows us to compile the information from your banks and insurance companies. The service is free of charge. There is also no requirement that you should purchase additional services. If you would like to terminate the service, please contact us. Advinans will then erase all customer data (there may, however, be some data that we under laws and regulations are required to store).
Update your information
In order for us to give you correct information and relevant advice, we need to have up-to-date information about you. If you have recently changed employment or your salary has changed, you can easily update and save your new information.   Follow these steps: Log in to advinans.se. Go to "Settings", located in the right corner of your screen and the tab “Financial Profile”. Under "Settings" you can also update your contact details so we can reach you.
Provide an information power of attorney
An information power of attorney authorises us to collect information on your behalf from insurance companies regarding your pension insurance schemes and your insurance cover.  Follow these steps to provide an information power of attorney: Log in to advinans.se. Go to "Your finances" and "Connected services". Choose “Provide an Information Power of Attorney”. Choose whether the power of attorney should be valid until further notice or specify an end date. Sign with BankID. Keep in mind that some insurance companies do not disclose your information even if you have signed a power of attorney. We are constantly trying to find new digital solutions for instances such as these. If you are missing some data, please contact your insurance company to get the correct information.   Should you wish to revoke the power of attorney, you can do so via “Your Finances” and "Connected services". Here you can select "Revoke power of attorney". Advinans will then no longer collect any information through the power of attorney.
Remove connected accounts
If you do not want to have a certain company connected to Advinans, you can easily remove it.  Follow these steps to remove your connect account: Log in to advinans.se. Choose “Your Finances” and then"Connected services". Select the account you want to remove.  Choose "Remove".
How can the compilation service be free of charge?
Advinans wants to help everyone have more control over their finances. Personal finances are for many people difficult to have control over since they are often spread out in several places. Advinans wants to make it easier to control and improve your finances – completely free of charge. Advinans does of course also offer other services that you can subscribe to at a very affordable price that are better, cheaper and easier to understand than in the rest of the market. Since the development of IT systems is a fixed cost, we can offer the service free of charge to our customers. A cost we incurred in connection with the development of our other services such as savings and pensions.
Institutions from which Advinans collects information
Via the automatic connection using BankID, you can collect information from these banks: Avanza, Handelsbanken, Länsförsäkringar Bank, Nordea, Nordnet, SEB and Swedbank. Advinans also uses this technology to obtain information from PPM. Banks can sometimes change their login which means that the connection would no longer work. If this should happen, we will update our software approximately within a week. If the connection does not work after two attempts, please try again in about a week when the problem should be resolved.   Through an information power of attorney we will compile your pension insurance, endowment insurance and risk insurance from the following insurance companies: Alecta, AMF, Futur Pension, Euro Accident, Handelsbanken, Länsförsäkringar, Movestic, Nordea, SEB, SPP and Swedbank. The information power of attorney is signed with BankID and we cooperate with Fullmaktskollen for the handling of powers of attorney. Please note that some insurance companies do not disclose your information. Other financial institutions do not provide the information in a standard format and then we cannot process and report it to you. For that reason you may also add accounts and assets manually. For example if you have holdings in these companies: SH Pension, Brummer, Danske Bank, Folksam, KPA, Kåpan, Skandia and PP Pension.
Connect your pension accounts
To connect your pension accounts with Advinans you need to leave an information power of attorney. An information power of attorney authorises us to collect information on your behalf from insurance companies regarding your pension insurance schemes and your insurance cover.  Follow these steps to provide an information power of attorney: Log in to advinans.se. Go to "Your finances" and "Connected services". Choose “Provide an Information Power of Attorney”. Choose whether the power of attorney should be valid until further notice or specify an end date. Revoke information power of attorney
Should you wish to revoke the information power of attorney, you can do so via “Your Finances” and "Connected services". Here you can select "Revoke power of attorney". Advinans will then no longer collect any information through the power of attorney.
