Most of the investment funds on Advinans’ platform are discounted. This means that the investment fund companies pay back part of the management fee to Advinans in the form of a commission/discount. Advinans pays back the discount in full to our customers.
The ordinary management fee is automatically deducted by the investment fund company. The discount is then paid to Advinans (typically on a quarterly basis). To keep track of how much commission each customer is entitled to, we calculate every day how many shares each customer holds and multiply it by an investment fund’s current NAV rate. When Advinans receives the discount, the percentage to which customer is entitled is invested in accordance with the individual investment plan.
Below we have gathered all investment fund companies we are collaborating with and described how the commission is handled.
